MyWorkplace reports record growth.
Although recording a steady increase in its client base every year, June 2008 closed as a record year with more than 25 new clients joining
the MyWorkplace family in the previous 12 months. Indeed June alone saw 10 new companies choose MyWorkplace as their partner of choice;
including Impress Group, Davies Bakery, HPM Legrand, Jasco and Ryemetals. In many cases these clients are already live and enjoying the
benefits that MyWorkplace provides.

Onesteel (formerly Smorgon Steel) goes live with MyWorkplace.
The Onesteel Waratah site has gone live with the MyWorkplace implementation and has switched off the legacy Timewise application after
over 12 years operation. MyWorkplace commenced the implementation in February this year and worked hard with the Business Services staff and
the site staff to ensure an accurate and successful outcome. Veronica Kelly, HR Systems & Payroll Manager says “We are delighted with the
implementation and have been very impressed with the responsiveness and support of the MyWorkplace team. We hope to now be able to role the
system out to other sites within the business”

After months of considering its options, National Foods Limited has chosen MyWorkplace as its system of choice to role out to all
of its Australian operations.
National Foods has been utilising the services of MyWorkplace for a number of years in the ongoing support of the legacy Timewise product
and in the use of the MyWorkplace system at the old Berri Juices sites. As part of its SAP implementation, National Foods has been reviewing
options for a centralised standard time and attendance and rostering solution. The implementation of the first two sites is due to commence
in June with an expected completion of the national role out by December 2008.

Smorgon Steel Business Services chooses MyWorkplace to replace the failed Kronos implementation.
After a number of years attempting to replace the legacy Timewise time and attendance system in use at its Waratah Steel Mill with the
Kronos Workforce Central application, Smorgon Steel Business Services has asked MyWorkplace to implement its current version instead.
MyWorkplace has committed to provide significant modifications to the standard product to fall in line with current work practices at
Waratah and complete an implementation before the end of the 07/08 financial year.

Saint Gobain Abrasives selects MyWorkplace to replace its Kronos timekeeping systems in Australia and
New Zealand. The multi location company had been struggling to centralise its payroll process and MyWorkplace
represented an opportunity to achieve this result.

Locker Group selects MyWorkplace as the time and attendance system to roll out to all of its manufacturing
facilities in Australia. Having completed her evaluations, Lesley Wilde, Accounting and Administration
Manager concluded that MyWorkplace represented excellent value for money and was a system which would provide
many efficiencies in the pay office. Locker hopes to be live with the system before Christmas 2007.

The Glen Cameron Group, a major National Logistic provider has recently undergone a review of its time and
attendance processes. After evaluating a number of systems, the Melbourne based transport company decided
that MyWorkplace Solutions could best meet its requirements. The implementation of the software and biometric
clocking equipment is planned to commence in early June with a go live date in late June or early July

Darrell Lea Chocolate Shops, a leading Australian confectioner has gone live with MyWorkplace. In announcing
that they had gone live with MyWorkplace, Narelle Worrad, National Payroll Manager commented on how pleased
she was at the user friendliness of the system and that their supervisors had easily learnt the daily processing.
‘Having implemented MyWorkplace in our factory, we are looking forward to rolling the system out to all the
stores’, she said.

Dec 2006 Midfield Meat International, one of the largest employers in Warrnambool Victoria has
commenced the implementation of MyWorkplace. As a first for MyWorkplace, Midfield is also implementing an
automated Canteen Purchases solution as well as a Laundry Issues management solution. By mid January 2007,
Midfield expects to be live with their system and automating the pays of over 400 employees.
Dec 2006 MyWorkplace reports its most successful first half
year ever with over 15 new clients implementing the automated
time and attendance solution.
Dec 2006 Bostik Australia completes the roll out of
MyWorkplace to the balance of its Australian locations. Having
successfully completed the implementation of the system at its
Thomastown site, Sofia Iranios, Payroll Manager at Bostik
requested that the remainder of the employees be implemented as
soon as possible.
Nov 2006 Frigrite Refrigeration Pty Ltd has recently switched
off its Kronos system having successfully gone live with the
MyWorkplace time and attendance solution. Greg Buchan, Payroll
Manager at Frigrite said “the implementation of MyWorkplace was
very efficient and the system is working very well.”
Nov 2006 MyWorkplace attended the 2006 TAPS Payroll Officers
days in NSW and Victoria with an exhibition stand in Sydney. Our
congratulations go to all the deserving winners of this years
awards.
Aug 2006 James Hardie New Zealand goes live with MyWorkplace.
As a continuation from the successful implementation of
MyWorkplace throughout Australia, James Hardie has completed the
implementation of the system in their Auckland sites.
Jul 2006 MyWorkplace moved offices to Level 5, 11 Queens
Road, Melbourne. After three years headquartered in Footscray,
we are pleased to have made the move to more accessible premises
in Queens Road.
